2. Proprietary Technology & Roadmap Transparency

SmartCore, TonaqueSpace, and associated architectural diagrams represent proprietary engineering intellectual property owned by Tonaque Enterprises (Private) Limited and TDS. Product roadmap items and research demonstrations are conceptual architectures and do not constitute an operational warranty of commercial availability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All website architecture, visual design systems, brand identities, code, logos, and written content are the exclusive property of Tonaque Digital Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
